Do you love to wear bizarre accessories?
At Citizenkay, we believe Bizarre is Beautiful… So when Kay visited a store in Bandra.. she couldn’t resist but try every accessory over there until she saw something really unique… It was a necklace made up of hairpins! Hairpins could be a part of her daily hair-do’s that she uses every single day.. Kay wondered how someone could incorporate hairpin’s in a necklace.. She pulled out the necklace from the rack to see the price label. She couldn’t afford it.. but she still kept lusting for it..
Every time she visited that store, she couldn’t get her eyes of that necklace, she thought to herself, “A hairpin necklace? Even I can make it.I will definitely make it!” She observed every centimeter of the necklace to see how it was made and then rushed home with a grin. Upon reaching home, she explored every nook and corner of her house to gather hairpins.. And then finally sat down to make something she wanted to wear since a long!
Every girl wants to stand out from a huge crowd, and get all the attention wherever she goes.. Kay brings you a DIY that will definitely make heads roll!
It’s quick and easy..

1. Insert hairpins into the rope as per your requirement.
2. When done, tie the jump ring and lobster ring to your rope.
3. You can either use a few hairpins and make it a locket… OR…
